"Chechen refugees are waiting for help."
Omer Bezirgan, General Secretary of IMKAN-DER, visiting Chechen refugee camp in Azerbaijan said: "As martyr spouses can not pay their rents, 7-8 people live in single room houses. Russian propagandists tell that the invasion is over but if the war in Caucasus was over, would these people bear this disgrace?"
Fahrettin Dede, our correspondent, listened impressions of Omer Bezirgan in Chechen camps. Imran Abdulazimov, Chechen Commander in Turkey and Deputy President and Founder of IMKAN-DER was there too.

The Independent International Commission of Inquiry on the Syrian Arab Republic was established on 22 August 2011 by the Human Rights Council through resolution S-17/1 adopted at its 17th special session with a mandate to investigate all alleged violations of international human rights law since March 2011 in the Syrian Arab Republic.
Shortly after its establishment, the President of the Human Rights Council appointed Paulo Sérgio Pinheiro (Brazil), Karen Koning AbuZayd (United States) and Yakin Erturk (Turkey) to serve as the Commissioners. Yakin Erturk stepped down from the position in March 2012. Following the extension of the Commission’s mandate in September 2012, two new Commissioners were appointed - Carla del Ponte (Switzerland) and Vitit Muntarbhorn (Thailand).

Letter dated 9 October 2013 from RE. Remigiusz A. Henczel, President of the Human Rights Council, pdf
Report of the independent international commission of inquiry on the Syrian Arab Republic, did not mention the grievances and gross violations of human rights, supported attacks and war crimes committed against the Kurdish people in Syria. "It is not the Islamic extremists who fight in Syria. It is Turkey, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Iran, Russia, France and USA who lead the war. These blind youths are just used in a brutal way for the brutal aims against humanity. Why Kurds have to be victim for the brutal aims in a dirty war?"
PYD Co-Chairman addressed the EU and US: “The humanitarian situation is very difficult in Rojava right now, especially since the last year: We are living under the blockade of Turkey, the Islamic / Arabic fanatics and Syrian regime. At the same time we got round half million refugees from different parts of Syria, mainly Christians, including Sunni and Alevi Arabs.
Unfortunately, Kurdistan has no benefit from the so-called humanitarian help from the West. The tax payers’ money, the Western humanitarian aid, including weapons and military support, is going to the hand of Islamic groups."
Belgian senator Karl Vanlouwe (N-VA), said that many countries in Middle East, like Turkey, Saudi Arabia, Qatar and Iran are strongly involved in Syrian conflict and it makes the situation more complicated to find a peaceful solution: "All those terrorist groups and gangs are located in the borders to Syria, mainly in Turkey and they cause the loss of human lives and many millions of people are suffering. In fact, those terrorist groups are linked to Al Qaida and those groups are in the US-EU terror-list, but however they receive direct and indirect support for their crimes."
"We inform you with respect to the report, it did not mention the grievances and gross violations of human rights and arbitrary arrests, indiscriminate and enforced disappearances, crimes against humanity and war crimes committed against the Kurdish people in Syria by the regime and armed groups of the resistance, in particular, the calls for ethnic cleansing and bloodshed of Kurds and abuse by terrorist groups linked to al-Qaeda, such as the Islamic State of Iraq and al-Sham and Jabhat al-Nusta and Free Syrian Army brigades who are co-operating with them."
These groups have been killing and abducting Kurdish civilians and displacing them from their towns and villages, looting their property and possessions, blowing up their homes and places of work such as happened in the city of Tel-Abyad, and the towns Tel-Hasel, Tel-Aran and villages and other Kurdish towns; and have carried out terrorist operations such as booby-trapped cars and other mechanical vehicles at the checkpoints. These activities have taken many civilian and military lives.
We also draw your attention to the fact that your report did not mention the financial and military support given to these groups by some of the countries in the region that are hostile to the Kurdish people and their issues, who allow their lands to be used by these groups which make their bases there, and create safe corridors for transit in order to perform offensive operations and indiscriminate shelling of cities and towns in Western Kurdistan from outside and inside the Syrian border, in order to destabilize security and impose foreign agendas.
Ludo De Brabander, a Middle East Expert from Flemish Peace Movement gave facts and figures how the Salafists Islamic fanatics are receiving support from Qatar, Saudi Arabia and Turkey. He told that Qatar continues to ship weapons from Libya to Turkey and from there to the Islamic terrorists. ”Turkey is not only supporter of the war in Syria but it’s also ally with those groups. France is also active supporter of Syrian war after the deal with Saudi Arabia to sell the military arms for about 200 billion USD”.
Vranckx is wondering why Western media are so limited when they are covering the dramatic situation in Kurdistan. “Why no one sends humanitarian aid to the Kurds who are in difficult situation in fight against extremism in Rojava” he asked.

Global Research, November 24, 2013, What has been happening in Syria for the past three years? The United States planned the destruction of Syria at a meeting on September 15, 2001, at Camp David. They began to prepare this by adopting the Syria Accountibility Act on December 12, 2003. They tried to plunge Syria into war first by causing the adoption of Resolution 1559 by the Security Council. They subcontracted the war to the United Kingdom and France who prepared themselves via the Treaty of Lancaster on November 2, 2010.
The signal for the commencement of operations was given by the United States from Cairo in early February 2011. February 2011 – July 2012: the fourth generation war From that date, and for 15 months, NATO and the GCC launched a fourth generation war, based entirely on their domination of the mass media.
In March-April 2012, after the fall of the Islamic Emirate of Baba Amr, Nicolas Sarkozy negotiated the withdrawal of France, The combatants were either Syrian Takfirist (including 3000 captured in Baba Amr) or foreign professionals, particularly the Libyan members of al- Qaeda controlled by Abdelhakim Belhaj. Together, they formed the Free Syrian Army, flanked by British and French officers, with the logistical support of Turkey.
François Hollande ’s election as French president and the appointment of Laurent Fabius as Zionist Ministry of Foreign Affairs relaunched the war. Relying on CIA General David Petraeus and the expertise of Ambassador Robert S. Ford (former assistant to John Negroponte), France signalled a new war, this time Nicaragua style, by gathering the “Friends of Syria” in Paris on July 6th, 2012. Two weeks later, a mega-attack decapitated the army by assasinating members of the National Security Council. Immediately, 40,000 foreign jihadists, supported by a few thousand Syrians and supervised by French and British officers, began the assault on Damascus.
Recruitment centers were opened in Tunisia and Afghanistan. Airlifts were organized from Libya and Yemen to deliver tens of thousands of jihadists who came to die in Syria. As in Nicaragua, they found Syrians to support them, but ultimately they served to control the “liberated zones” rather than to fight the regular army face to face.

Infowar - Turkey Accused of Killing Kurd Leader — Trying to Trigger Civil War in Syria
Turkey a NATO member, and notorious butchers of the Kurdish people not only within their borders but well beyond them, including multiple incursions into Iraq in 2007, 2008, and 2010, with tank battalions as well as air strikes on “suspected” militant targets on both sides of the border, has played a role in the assassination of Syrian-Kurdish leader Mashaal Tammo according to Kurdish activists.
Syrian Arab News Agency (SANA) reported that Kurdish Party leaders accused Turkish intelligence of assassinating Tammo, aiming to ignite sedition throughout the northern province of Hasaka. Hasaka Province conveniently shares a borders with Turkey – a border Turkey has systematically militarized in its decades long war against the Kurdish people. It is also a border Turkey is now conducting “military exercises” along in an overt threat to Syria.
Turkey and its Western sponsors are now hoping the resulting chaos will trigger an armed Kurdish uprising in Syria against the Assad government and be the “tipping point” in an otherwise stalled 7 month-long destabilization attempt. – The assassination was also complemented by mystery gunmen who opportunistically attacked Tammo’s funeral procession, killing several attendees and further provoking Syria’s Kurd minority to rise up in violence.
Details of the shootings were filtered through the London-based Syrian Observatory for Human Rights, a notorious propaganda front whose second-hand reports are faithfully repeated by Western media outlets as “fact.” The expediency with which propagandists at BBC and the US State Department concluded the shootings were the work of the Syrian government further lends suspicion over who indeed carried out the assassination and the subsequent shootings at Tammo’s funeral – a dream scenario for Western nations bent on ousting Assad by collapsing Syrian society into a Libyan-style civil war.
It should be noted, that out of Syria’s opposition movement, Mashaal Tammo was one of the few leaders opposing foreign meddling in Syria’s affairs, going as far as not attending an opposition confab held in Turkey on this basis. It should be further noted that of all of Syria’s minorities, the Kurds had so far not joined in large scale protests. Western corporate-funded think tanks and media outlets have been fantasizing over the prospect of Kurdish militants joining the US-funded uprising, despite what, up until now, appeared to be their neutral stance.
The Wall Street Journal’s: “Kurds Look Beyond Assad, With Dreams of Autonomy” acknowledged the muted role the Kurds were playing in the uprising and their hesitation to make wider commitments. Tammo’s assassination may just have been the geopolitical ploy necessary to spur the Kurds past this point of hesitation.
After months of stalled, failing armed opposition against the Syrian government through the Muslim Brotherhood and an assortment of Al-Qaeda linked militant groups, the West is exhibiting an almost palpable madness in pursuit of war with Syria.
Western propaganda networks, including BBC, CNN, and Al Jazeera and contrived “human rights advocacy” fronts fully funded by corporate-financier special interests have been caught fabricating in whole, stories of atrocities being perpetrated by the Assad government.
One activist reported by Soros-funded Amnesty International to have been “brutally murdered in custody” turned up alive and well. Amnesty International would later reveal just how tenuous the information was behind what was essentially baseless, sensationalized propaganda aimed at the Syrian government.
After a failed UN resolution, vetoed outright by Russia and China, and receiving no votes from other BRIC nations, more desperate measures are sure to follow, including the increasing prospect of unilateral military action taken by Turkey, on behalf of NATO and its corporate sponsors.
